Recommended guest limit for "seated" comfort 150 to 170; allows for head table,
DJ and dance floor, food and gift tables. Actual maximum 200 persons.
Rental rate also includes 2 hours of free decorating time the day before the event
subject to availability.

Additional Rental Information:
A $300.00 damage deposit is required on date of rental agreement acceptance.
This must be paid by cheque or credit card at the time of booking.
Also require liability insurance of $2,000,000. This may be available as a rider on a
home insurance policy but can be purchased through the Hall at the following
rates:
Guests up to 100 - no alcohol $75.60; with alcohol $210.60
Guests up to 200 - no alcohol $129.60; with alcohol $264.60
